About These Terms
These Terms explain how our event services work and what you can expect from us. They also outline your responsibilities as a participant. Using our services means you fully accept these terms.

Booking an Event
To book an event:
- Contact us by email or phone to check availability.
- Booking is confirmed once we receive a 30% deposit based on selected package price.
- We recommend booking your event at least two weeks in advance to ensure availability.
- Full payment must be made at least three days before the event date.
- Dates cannot be booked without a deposit.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
Plans sometimes change — we understand this. Our policy tries to stay fair and clear:
- Cancel 14 days or more before the event: full deposit refunded.
- Cancel between 7 and 14 days before the event: half the deposit refunded.
- Cancel less than 7 days before the event: deposit cannot be refunded.
- Date changes are allowed when arranged in advance and subject to availability.

Event Participation Rules
To keep experiences smooth and enjoyable, these rules apply:
- All games are for entertainment only — real money is not used.
- Visitors get tokens for playing that have no cash value.
- Dealer decisions during disputes are final.
- Polite behavior toward staff and other participants is required.
- We have the right to remove people showing bad behavior or breaking these rules.

Liability
Our responsibility has clear limits:
- We cannot take responsibility for personal belongings that get lost or are left unattended.
- We are not liable for damage caused by participant bad behavior.
- We take no responsibility for disruptions or delays caused by situations beyond our control (force majeure).
